1:1 Mentoring for photographers

For professional photographers that are interested in learning more about baby led simplistic newborn photography, I offer a few options for mentoring. I have over 16 years experience as a newborn photographer and having moved my business to 4 different markets over the years. I currently run a multi-6 figure business with real clients and have taught over 50 professional photographers in person since 2013 and hundreds more virtually. I started Simple & Pure Newborn Workshops in 2018.

- 1:1 in person mentoring - this is a full 9-5 mentoring day in my studio in Virginia. We line up 1 newborn and focus on the skill you wish to learn. Maternity posing, baby led posing alone, family, incorporating video, editing, business, etc. This is customized to your needs. This also includes a one hour zoom follow up.

- 1:1 virtual business mentoring - 4 weekly 2 hour zoom calls to discuss business strategy, pricing and portfolio critique.

- 4 hour live video mentoring call. This works for those cannot travel and want to discuss general business, technical topics about shooting or incorporating video, editing, etc. You can also add a virtual posing session to this virtual option. (listed below) This can be split into two 2hr calls.

- 1 hour live video mentoring call. Ask questions about marketing, technical topics or editing.

I love connecting with photographers all over the world! I have 14 years of experience in the photography business with a focus on newborns and all the stages of baby. I currently shoot in a natural light studio and in-home lifestyle sessions.

I am an open book during mentoring and cover the topics that you would like to focus on such as portfolio review, lighting placement, business pricing, and studio set up.

If you would like to focus on newborn posing and workflow and you cannot make it to the Simple & Pure workshops or travel for a 1:1 day in my Northern Virginia studio, a virtual posing session can be added to the online mentoring options.
